ET Elite Wrestling Camps — Liability Waiver & Release of Liability

In consideration of my child's participation in activities organized by ET Elite Wrestling Camps ("the Camp"), I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby agree to the following:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk: I understand that wrestling and related athletic activities involve inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, and other physical injuries. I voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of my child.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge ET Elite Wrestling Camps, its owners, coaches, staff, volunteers, facilities, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my child's participation in camp activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Authorization: I authorize Camp staff to seek emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I agree to be responsible for all medical costs incurred.

4. Photo/Media Release: I grant permission for ET Elite Wrestling Camps to use photographs or video of my child for promotional purposes.

5. Code of Conduct: I agree that my child will follow all Camp rules and codes of conduct. The Camp reserves the right to dismiss any participant for misconduct without refund.
